There are so many
Las Vegas trips you can take...
There are plenty of excellent Las Vegas trips to choose from which is good news if you’re staying in Sin City for more than a few days as you’re likely to feel a pull to explore the city's beautiful surroundings such as the Mojave Desert and mountains as we always do.
Prices for day trips from Las Vegas vary a lot between companies. As you walk along the Strip you’ll be offered numerous brochures from people trying to get you to book trips with them mainly to the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. It can be confusing to know who to book with.

Two companies that we can recommend wholeheartedly from our own experiences are Maverick Helicopter Tours Las Vegas and Pink Jeep Tours
in Las Vegas. Both companies have high quality vehicles, are safety conscious and really knowledgeable about the areas they’re taking you to.

Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas

Maverick Helicopter Tours Las Vegas
There are Las Vegas trips to suit everyone’s schedule and budget. Some last just a few hours and others all day so you can pick and choose what suits you best.
Grand Canyon by day
If it’s your first trip to Las Vegas – or if you’ve just never been out to the
Grand Canyon
before,
or aren't even sure where it is
- take our word for it and put it at the top of your list of tours. It’s breathtaking and the memories will stay with you forever. We went on a daytime helicopter tour while on our honeymoon and it was the best thing we did that visit.

If you’re a frequent visitor to the desert city – or plan to be – and want to continue explore the surrounding areas there are other adventure tours from Las Vegas that you can take.
Red Rock Canyon NV
On our last trip we took a tour to
Red Rock Canyon Nevada
which is actually fairly close to the Las Vegas Strip. You’ve probably seen it before even if you’ve not heard of it because the scenery’s so dramatic it’s appeared in countless films and advertisements.

Zion Canyon National Park
Our friends Michelle and Simone took a trip to the
Zion natl park
on their visit to Las Vegas in the Spring. They took some fabulous pictures which convinced us that we need to make the trip out there in the near future.
You don’t have to worry about running out of Vegas trips to do. There are so many to choose from: Bryce Canyon; Death Valley; Eldorado Canyon, Valley of Fire, Mt Charleston and more.
