About the Hotel Monte Carlo Las Vegas
A number of the hotels in Vegas have a European theme and the Las Vegas Hotel Monte Carlo is one of them taking inspiration from the distinctive Place du Casino in Monaco.

In fact it's one of two hotels on LV Boulevard with a French theme. The other is the
Paris Hotel Las Vegas.
When we first entered the Monte Carlo Hotel Vegas we were struck by the elegant European lobby lined with marble floors and chandeliers. Despite its elegance the hotel prides itself on offering service without snobbiness.
The $344 million resort opened in 1996 and sits on 44 acres. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re on a budget but want to be near the action; a good few hotels are very accessible by foot such as
New York New York,
The Luxor,
The
Excalibur
and The
MGM Grand.
If you’re planning on hitting the shops at
City Center
take advantage of the tram that runs between the Monte Carlo in Vegas and the
Bellagio
stops off at
Crystals.

Sleeping
The Monte Carlo’s a good size hotel but not so massive that you’ll get lost with just over 3,000 rooms that have a reputation for being especially clean and comfortable.
The Deluxe rooms at the Monte Carlo are kitted out with everything you'd expect from an AAA 4-Diamond hotel including: One king or two queen beds; a marble bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer; and internet access.
Eating
There’s enough restaurants to choose from at the resort serving anything from light bites to hearty steaks. You’ll find:
Andre's (an award-winning restaurant serving first class French cuisine); Brand steakhouse (eat steak in style - turns in to a lounge after 9pm); Diablos Cantina (Mexican restaurant/nightclub); D.Vino (reasonably-priced Italian); The Pub (more than 200 varieties of beer); Dragon Noodle (Chinese cuisine); the Buffet; the Cafe (open 24/7); and the Food Court.
Entertainment
The Monte Carlo Las Vegas pool area is not to be missed. Entertain yourself in the wave pool or by floating around the 400 foot long lazy river; play a game of tennis; visit the fitness centre or the spa or head along to the theater and watch a show.
If this isn't enough check out
City Center
which is just a stone's throw away from the Monte Carlo.
