Most Expensive Dessert ... Ever!If you've got a really sweet tooth and bags of money you can try the most expensive dessert in the World called the Golden Opulence Sundae which costs $1,000. No that's not a typing error. It honestly costs $1,000.For what? You may ask. Your $1,000 gets you five scoops of vanilla ice cream from Tahiti, exotic fruits, chocolate made from cocoa beans in Venezuela, chocolate syrup made from melted Amedei Porcelana (a very expensive chocolate) and edible 23 carat gold leaf. As well as parting with $1,000 my only other concern would be managing to keep it down once I'd eaten it! However, the most popular dessert is the Serendipity 3 Frozen Hot Chocolate. We saw a number being delivered to tables and it looked delicious. They've even named a dessert after Peepshow star Holly Madison called Holly's Pink Peppermint Sundae which is made by Randy Sebastian, the pastry chef at Caesars Hotel Las Vegas and includes pink peppermint ice-cream with cotton candy, berries, brownie and red berry coulis.
Can I make a reservation?Serendipity doesn't take reservations and at peak times you could wait a while for a table. We arrived early evening on a week day and only waited ten minutes to be seated. What's the atmosphere like? The staff were really friendly and it has a great atmosphere. A fun place for children - actor Jude Law has been spotted here with his children at lunchtime.Return from Serendipity 3 Las Vegas to Affordable Restaurants in Las Vegas
