If you're a fan of Fix at the Bellagio you;ll like Union. Another stunner from the Light group. The entrance is lined with wooden trees to create the atmosphere of a forest. Guests can enjoy American cuisine while sitting on a raised platform area overlooking the casino.

Cafe Vettro

A good choice for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner. From 5pm get a delicious fondue for $15. In fact this is a great place to refuel after a night out.
Sweet Chill

Sweet Chill is a great place to go to satisfy those sweet cravings. They serve delicious sorbets, gelato and pastries. Other casual dining options at Aria Las Vegas include: Roasted Bean, located on the casino level near the tram entrance where you can pick up a coffee and a pastry. For all you can eat check out the Aria Buffet on the Promenade level.
